Welcome to Classic Conquer Veterans. By registering an account on our website and using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on our website, you agree to comply with all rules and conditions outlined here. Your website account is also your in-game account, and all terms apply to both.

2. Service Availability

The game and website are provided "as-is" with no guarantee of changes or permanent availability. Although we aim for 24/7 uptime, service interruptions may occur due to various reasons. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service unavailability.

3. Player Conduct

• Players must provide truthful information at all times.
• Aggressive or sexual language is strictly prohibited.
• Engaging in buying or selling of items through unauthorized means (black market) is prohibited. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from these activities, including lost items or real money.
• Players must not deceive others by misrepresenting items during trades, such as trading items for significantly less than their actual value or misleading others into believing they are receiving a different item than what is actually offered.

4. Fair Play and Reporting Bugs

Players are responsible for reporting any bugs that could provide unfair advantages. Exploiting these bugs to gain an advantage over others is prohibited and may result in penalties.

5. Payment and Rewards

Payment rewards are processed by the system and are typically available for pickup at the Prize NPC in Market within 2 minutes after completion. Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

• The reward has not been claimed from the Prize NPC.
• If the reward has been claimed, the player must return the items in full by arranging a trade with the server owner via email ([email protected]) or Discord.
• Refunds are not available for rewards that have been used, traded, or otherwise altered.

6. Account Security

Player passwords are securely stored with encryption and hashing. Even if the database is accessed, passwords cannot be retrieved. We prioritize account security but encourage players to use strong, unique passwords.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. Continued use of the game and website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
